craziness...utter craziness. now given the position i am what are we do to improve our situation. bring the book. use it as opportunity to improve the health of the company. one of the biggest drains on the company is our engineering projects. they are over budget, behind schedule, and fail to meet the objective that tend to be so poorly laid out. the problems is not that only of engineerings. until people realize how intertwined everything really is and can be we will fail to reach our fullest potential as a company. i have ideas but of course need help. in order to succeed i need those around to contribute to our success as a whole. its definitely a balance though. you want to keep others involved but there has to be a level understanding created that determines what really needs to be known. the struggle continues and along the way both successes and failures will be met. just like in everything. most importantly a level of preparedness must be created. prepare for the worst and Hope for the best.
