and now i sit in muni civic center another long day passed as its the city i now enter home to me it will always be regardless of where life happens to take this human being and the adventures that lay ahead extend into reality and beyond just my head and the beauty of it all is that i can take it in a measure of truth a key to existance and in the struggles that lay ahead know it all can be because its in the wanting and beyond just said and the spirit is fed through experiences at times frantic but i get used to it repeatability becomes habit and the sabbath will remain an opportunity for rest a chance sit down and just digest and the rest can simply stay that sometimes too much to just keep under ones hat and so release i needed from time to time negate the possibility of explosion of the mind and with all of this the best is that you still can stand be strong smart goodwilled and truly a man...
