in life one has the ability to do many things//what one does now that can be limiting//listening, is a start to success//realize what you do with it will determine the rest//some only speak and never have time to hear//the sound of life streaming by as it passes their ear//so close but so far out of reach//accepting life is something you can share but hard to teach//it's like leading a horse to water but not making it drink//knowing it lacks the capacity to think//beyond the shell they've create to protect//the fear that keeps them from sticking out their neck//the worry they hold that keeps them back//it is the confidence to say, feel,believe, and be simultaneously they lack//the absence of comfort in ones own shoes//not realizing its more than music this thing called blues//it is a feeling, being, a perspective on this story//life that is I will attempt not to impose//but just say a litle bit just to let you know...
