what is it with overbearing parents?..maybe it's not that they're overbearing but simply that they choose not to change even though as children we constantly are to the point of adulthood. as a parent I understand that it can be hard to let go of a habit such as this. I mean parents simply love their children and are looking out for their best interest. It's a fine line I guess and for some it's very hard to define both from the aspect of the parent and child, now an adult as well. anyhow just a thought I ran into with both my pops and moms this past weekend and even today. I think in a lot of ways it's something I have to learn to deal with to a certain extent because I think in a lot of ways they've already pulled back a lot. I figure they call my attention to things so that I can deal with them in a way I see fitting....
