sometimes people say you shouldn't stray from your path in life...what path is this, predetermined? well listen here a bit as I profess my sermon / never certain of where this journey might go / but believe when you get there it's just something that you know / the glow the moment being just there losing site of the fact that to your surroundings unaware / just focused on this very one thing / like a register in your mind closing cha-ching / and then what do you have by the way your welcome for this service / the meaning of life is different for all but the same cause its your purpose / the vision you see what do you believe / the question you answer in your self made reality / what you want to be but more importantly what you do / the things that you've learned since you were in the school / of life that is because your learning all the time / you're even learning now as you listen to this rhyme / these thoughts of mine up to your interpretation / but most importantly to provide a sense of relation / to you because we're in many ways the same / have a heart and soul a human working brain / but plain we are beyond as different as the times / the stories that make up you could fill up a million lines / and even if they read they still wouldn't know / why you live your life that way because in that direction they wouldn't go / but that's the thing about this path we call life / disect it with knife and it still won't come out right / because life is meant to be lived by the choices that you make / do i take this exit now or should I keep going straight / for fate will only take you so far make a decison / because in the end only you is living the life that you were given.
